This Chicago Classics putter was purchased from renowned Scotty Cameron collector Rand Pallis. It was acquired by Rand as part of the David Levin collection, who along with Bill Vogeney was co-author of the book "The Art of Putters". There is not much information about these putters. Based on all the information that I was able to gather off the TCC site, it seems that Scotty did a design for a company named Chicago Classics in the 1991-92 time frame. Scotty apparently also did the finish work on the putters and potentially the bending of the neck. The blade is very similar to the Mizuno M-300 model. The COA on this putter is rare because Scotty decided that while he had a hand in the production of the putters, he did not deem them to be "his" putter and removed them from the authentication registry. This one of only 3 putters that were authenticated.
