This is a Newport II model "Victory" putter made to commemorate the 2002 US Open win by Tiger Woods. The US Open was held in 2002 on the Black Course at Bethpage State Park on Long Island, New York. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend both the Saturday and Sunday rounds of that tournament and followed Tiger around for every shot of both of those rounds. Numbered 255 of 277 putters made.
